This covers everything from a personal custom trip to a study-abroad itinerary — Australians heading overseas, travellers coming to Australia, or trips that have nothing to do with Australia at all. There's no restriction on where you're going or where you're starting from.

Leona Global was founded on a simple frustration: too much “customer service” today is a chatbot, a ticket number, or someone reading from a script. We wanted to build the opposite — a small team that actually remembers who you are.
That's not just a philosophy — it's backed by real time in the industry: over 20 years working in travel, plus around five years in education, including time inside both a vocational training provider and a study-abroad company. We've seen these industries from the inside, which is exactly why we're upfront about what we do and don't offer.
We're a newly established practice, and we'd rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. Right now that means study guidance, career and migration coordination alongside Beckett Lawyers, and travel planning — done properly, by real people who actually reply. We're not promising services we don't yet offer.
